The instructions for virtual/ online presentation are illustrated in the infographic below:

Choose a video conferencing tool to record your presentation.
Choose a layout of speaker’s small video window in the presentation frame.
Video Orientation: Landscape
Video Size: 1920 x 1080 pixels
Ensure the video presentation includes:-
i. title of the paper
ii. names of the authors
iii. conference background slide
d. Video duration is STRICTLY 10 minutes.
e. Upload your video file to YouTube. Set permission to Public or Unlisted.
